Data we process
Email, username, password hash, optional avatar, locale, Filters, searches, support messages, and a session cookie. We remember language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Filters and reviews
Filters you create are stored in our database. Search reads available public business reviews and returns PASS, WARNING, or FAIL.
Retention and deletion
Retention period: Account data and search logs are kept during account activity and permanently removed or anonymized within 12 months of inactivity or deletion request, unless legal retention obligations apply. Suspend stops login and blocks re-registration with the same email while keeping data for appeals. Delete removes the account and associated Filters under product rules.
Your requests
Sign in and permanently delete your account from account settings. You can also email contact@ratefilter.top for data access, correction, or export. Do not send passwords, card numbers or ID documents. Site: https://ratefilter.top
